Mark Kaiser, Stoll’s 38-year-old boyfriend and a former Worth Avenue art dealer, was arrested by Aspen cops and charged with assault and felony menacing, according to records and news reports in Aspen.

He paid his $10,000-bond today, according to records, but has been ordered not to leave the state.

The Aspen state attorney’s office may pursue an attempted murder charge, according to the Aspen Times. He’s been banned from contacting Stoll.

Although Colorado authorities cannot released the identify of a victim of domestic violence incidents, several sources today confirmed Stoll, 49, was the victim.

The arrest affidavit obtained by the Times mentioned that Stoll and Kaiser, who once owned the John Amann Phillips Gallery on Worth Avenue, left a local bar at about 1:15 a.m. Wednesday.

Apparently, Kaiser walked ahead and arrived at Stoll’s chalet before she did. When she arrived, an argument ensued and she ordered Kaiser to leave the home.

Kaiser, however, became violent, and grabbed her by the hair and neck before throwing her to the kitchen floor.

“Kaiser grabbed knives out of the wooden knife block located on the counter; (he) held the knives to (the victim), stabbed her and stabbed himself with the various knives,” the affidavit reads.

Stoll told police that Kaiser talked about the blood on his shirt while telling her that he loved her. He then choked her, grabbed her hair and banged her head against the kitchen cabinets, according to the affidavit.

“(She) thought she was going to be ‘sliced up’ and said that she was ‘petrified,’” police wrote. “(She) tried to calm Kaiser down by telling him she loved him too.”

When police found Kaiser at Stoll’s house, he reportedly said that he didn’t remember much. Kaiser reportedly told cops they’ve been dating for three years and fight often.

“Every two months we do this. … This is normal,” Kaiser said.

Cops took photos showing scrapes and bruising on her back and a puncture wound on her forearm.

There was no information on whether Stoll was treated. Neither she nor Palm Beach lawyer Kyle Young, who’s with the couple, returned calls.

The raven-haired Stoll is a permanent fixture on the Palm Beach society circuit. She lost her husband Jon, the founder of the West Palm Beach concert promotion company Fantasma Productions, after he suffered a seizure at the same Aspen house in 2008.

Disco queen Donna Summer died early this morning at home near Sarasota.

Summer was just 63, but suffered from cancer.

Public records show she moved to Manasota Key, an exclusive island near Sarasota, in 2007. She lived in her $3.7 million beachfront mansion overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with her husband, Bruce Sudano, a singer and songwriter and music producer.

Fire and police officials said authorities were not called to the home and funeral arrangements have yet to be announced.

The singer of Last Dance, Hot Stuff and I Feel Love ruled the music scene of the 1970s with her catchy tunes and sexually-charged lyrics.

Summer was a “quiet, unassuming and gracious” presence on Manasota Key, said Mary Smith, executive director of the local chamber of commerce.

“The community will feel a sense of loss,” Smith said. “We were proud Donna Summer chose to live in our area.”

And now, friends of the 50-year-old blame a particularly poisonous divorce filed two days earlier as the reason why, despite harrowing attempts by police and good Samaritans to save him, Gius managed to kill himself near his favorite lobstering area.

Gius, who owned a mail service, left this heart-wrenching note: “I lost my wife, my business and my dog.”

But the part about his wife, said Joe Gufford, Gius’ divorce lawyer, is where the reason for Gius’ gesture is to be found.

“There’s no doubt that it (the divorce) played a big role in this tragedy,” Gufford said. “Even if he is the one who filed.”

Although Gufford wouldn’t comment, several sources say Gius’ wife, Naomi, turned up the heat on Gius by demanding a large chunk of money they were about to receive from the sale of a house.

And to make sure she got his attention, according to dozens of text messages between the two obtained by Gossip Extra, Naomi warned Stephen she’d tell the world he molested a family member if he didn’t sign off on a deal.

“I love you! Please come home and let me take care of you – NOT!” one text-message to Stephen.

And another, about allegations he touched a young female: “I told my lawyer I don’t wanna know what you did to her . . . but I wanna know if you can go to prison for it.”

Gufford called the accusation of molestation ”absolutely false.”

Said Naomi, who confirmed that the text messages were hers: “The man filed for divorce then committed suicide. There’s nothing more to be said.”

Fading NFL star Terrell Owens is digging himself into a financial hole that includes the on-going attempt by Deutsche Bank to foreclose on his condo in Sunny Isles Beach‘s fancy Trump International.

Miami-Dade County records show Owens, who had controversial stints with the Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals, bought apartment #5302, 2,100 square feet, in 2006 for $1.75 million. Taxing authorities recently assessed the condo for $960,000!

The records show Owens took out a mortgage for $1.4 million but quit making his payments in the fall. He also stopped paying for the $1,669-a-month maintenance fees, and  the building’s condo association claims he’s behind by $9,030!

The 38-year-old T.O.’s financial problems also include a lawsuit filed two weeks ago by American Express.

The baller, meanwhile, has four baby mamas who, at one point, received a combined $45,000 a month.

Three of the women popped up on Dr. Phil  this month to complain about T.O. being behind in his payments to them.

Owens is currently playing for the Allen (Texas) Wranglers of the Indoor Football League and desperately looking for another NFL gig after sitting out the 2011 season.

Hufty, who’s in her 60s, is expected to be charged with improper exhibition of a dangerous weapon, according to a source at the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s office. A summons has been issued but a judge has yet to sign off on it before it becomes public.

The charge is a misdemeanor.

I’m told that Hufty pointed a gun at friends of Bell’s who came to the house on Everglades Island April 17 to recover some of his property.

Bell, writer of the Alex Hawke franchise, is not currently living at the $4 million-house but he and Hufty are battling over its ownership, according to divorce records. Bell was not at the home when Hufty allegedly pulled out a gun.

Prather was described as “laughing and smiling a lot” by the trooper who also reported that Prather’s eyes were glassy and bloodshot, and didn’t follow his finger smoothly during a field sobriety test.

Prather, 47, also failed the one-leg stand and other tests at the scene, even though he told the trooper that he teaches how to administer field sobriety tests. Prather’s practice includes auto negligence.

Prather’s car had stalled on the center lane of the northbound highway, near the Hypoluxo exit, when cops first saw him.

He told the trooper he was on his way home from a (South Palm Beach County) Bar Association party in Boca when he first noticed engine trouble.

He told cops he had just two glasses of wine and two of water.

Prather refused a Breathalyzer test, according to the report, and was charged with DUI.

Saudi royal Sheik Tarek Al Fassihas sold his Miami Beach mansion to L.A. real estate mogul Richard Meruelo, Miami-Dade County records show.

The nine-bedroom, 8-bathroom crib, slightly more than 10,000-square-feet, went for $8.5 million.

The pillow-lipped woman who delivered one of sports’ greatest sex scandals and, according to some critics, ultimately killed Tiger Woods‘ golf, has just delivered a baby girl!

Part-time Palm Beacher Rachel Uchitel gave birth last night in Los Angeles. At 37, Uchitel is a first-time mom.

Wyatt Lilly‘s the newbie’s name. Seven lbs 1 oz was her weight.

And don’t blame the Jupiter Island golfer for this one! Uchitel was four months pregnant when she married former Penn State football running back Matt Hahn in December.

The former nightclub hostess was believed to be the woman over whom Woods and his then-wife Elin Nordegren had an argument when Woods’ crashed his car outside his marital home near Orlando at Thanksgiving 2009.

The scandal revealed dozens of other women in Woods’ life, eventually unraveling his sterling family-man image and causing his divorce. Woods has since lost his No. 1 PGA ranking.

Uchitel hid out with family members in Palm Beach for most of that fall and winter. Her grandfather was well known banker Warner Bishop, who famously moved to Palm Beach in the 1980s with a wife much younger than his daughters.

Uchitel shed her maternity clothes for a photo session in just a thong just two weeks ago.

Good thing she ain’t no Tiger Woods!

Elin Nordegren, the Jupiter Island golfer’s ex-wife, has just celebrated a full year with the same dude, wealthy investor Jamie Dingman, and the two are hot’n'heavy as ever.

The North Palm Beach beauty and her man were being low-key romantic at Madison Square Garden in NYC while watching the New York Rangers finish off the Washington Capitals in the National Hockey League playoffs.

The two were there to cheer on Rangers goaltender Henrik Lundqvist, a personal friend of Dingman’s and one of Nordegren’s fellow high-profile Swedes.

The 32-year-old mother of Sam, 4, and Charlie, 3, her children with Woods, met the son of billionaire and part-time Palm Beacher Michael Dingman in April 2011 at a private fundraiser for the World Childhood Foundation on Hillsboro Mile in Deerfield Beach.

Jamie Dingman is an emerging markets investor who has represented his dad’s interests in China for the past seven years, and has also handled Russian private equity funds.

Although he prefers a private love life, Dingman lives a jet-setter who’s paired up with Princess Madeleine of Sweden and actress Bridget Moynahan, New England Patriots QB Tom Brady‘s baby mama.

Swedish newspapers have reported Nordergren recently took Dingman to her $2 million home n a secluded island only by a ferry from Stockholm. And he’s been spotted on the construction site of Nordegren’s mansion in the chichi enclave of Seminole Landing in North Palm Beach.
