BOCA RATON — For five million dollars and a handful of neon balls, anyone could live like a true-to-life tennis star.

South Florida racket icon and TV analyst Chris Evert has just listed her sprawling Boca Raton house for sale, according to real estate records.

She wants $4.99 million for the 12,296-square-foot crib on five acres of land in the fancy Horseshow Acres that includes, of course, a regulation-sized, lit tennis court.

It’s not covered with Evert’s favorite clay or even Wimbledon turf, but it’s a real tennis court noneless.

Also included: a nine-and-a-half car garage, a six-bedroom main house with custom woodwork throughout, a private par-3 golf course, two guest houses, a horse barn, horse trail and dirt bike track.

“You’re really buying a compound,” says listing agent Katia Reisler. “There’s a guesthouse for the tennis side of the property, and another guesthouse for the golf side. It’s very comfortable.”

At 63, Evert thought it was time to move on from a place where she raised three children with ex-husband Andy Mill, a former Olympic skier.

As a matter of fact, the two bought the place in 2003 for $2.8 million and Evert kept the marital home when they split in 2006 so that Evert could marry golf great Greg Norman, who happened to be Mill’s bestie.

In exchange for the Boca house, Mill got their couple’s $4 million alongside the ski slopes in Aspen, Colo.

Evert, who won seven British Opens and six U.S. Opens, recently blamed the breakup on menopause.

Evert and Norman were divorced in 2009 after a 15-month marriage.

According to records, Evert recently paid $4.9 million for a smaller home near the beach in Boca Raton.
