DEERFIELD BEACH — Iron Maiden’s Nicko McBrain was the special guest star at the inaugural Motorcycle Extravaganza to benefit the veteran’s charity Operation 120.
Bikers gathered at The Wellington Regional Medical Center and rode together to Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach on Nov. 18, for an afternoon of fun presented by Rock N’ Roll RIBS.
There was an outrageous BBQ, a live concert with Iron Maiden’s McBrain on the drums. Golfers Jesper Parvenik from Sweden and Mike Zeigler were also on hand.
Operation 120 is a nonprofit committed to helping returning vets reintegrate into their homes and communities after deployment. The funds they raise are given to vetted military charities who aid veterans in a comprehensive way.
