DELRAY BEACH — Danielle Bregoli, the former Boynton Beach resident who gained national notoriety after appearing on Dr. Phil and challenging the audience to a fight with the words: “Cash Me Outside,” pleaded not guilty to five charges in South County Courthouse in Delray Beach this morning.
Bregoli, 14, is facing several theft charges and one charge of filing a false police report and a June 28 trial date has been set by Circuit Judge Lou Delgado.
Her mother, Barbara Ann Bregoli, the alleged victim in the majority of crimes, and a bodyguard, accompanied the teen to court.
The hearing lasted no more than five minutes, but Bregoli made the most of her stroll to the court past photographers, reporters, videographers and just fans who wanted to get a picture of the girl.
Bregoli is currently living in Los Angeles where she’s getting therapy and working on a reality tv show.
The young lass was first thrust upon the national stage by her mother who took her onto the Dr. Phil show claiming that her daughter was out of control.
By all accounts, the girl seems to still be out of control. See this picture she posted to Instagram yesterday with the caption: “F*ck a pillow fight.”
Not exactly the language of a girl who’s found her inner calm.
Her father, Ira Peskowitz has claimed that Bregoli’s mom is just attempting to capitalize on her daughter’s new found fame.
A video’s been making the rounds that shows a girl who looks like Bregoli getting a beatdown, but the the teen denies that it’s her, saying she never goes anywhere without her bodyguard.
