MIAMI — Trey Songz can’t seem to give his Miami condo away!
He’s cut the price by more than 25 percent, from $1.05 million to $750,000, since he listed it last year and still, the Top 10 artist has no takers.
Songz, aka Tremaine Aldon Neverson, has slashed the price on his Courts Brickell Key pad a staggering SIX TIMES since he listed it in February 2016!
The singer-songwriter-actor had hoped to double his money on the two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,626-square-foot condo he paid $437,000 for in 2010, but it’s clearly not going to happen!
The Neighbors Know My Name-singer Songz purchased a pad at the 690-unit Brickell Heights twin towers in August, where everyone IS likely to know his name.
His latest song, Tremaine, was released earlier this month and debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard charts.
So everyone may know him, but they’re still saying No-No to what he’s selling.
