WELLINGTON — Heavy rains soaked the fields and cancelled polo play at the International Polo Club Palm Beach Sunday, but spirits weren’t dampened one bit!
Revelers stayed on to brunch, be merry and see all the new things the club has in store for the 2016 season.
Rain or not fans, including WPTV-Channel 5 weatherman Steve Weagle, found out champagne brunches get a new feel on the Lilly Pulitzer Patio for those munching on the fancy buffet. And, on the grandstand side, the old wooden benches have been replaced with comfortable stadium seating.
And for the masculine folk in your crowd, the new Funky Buddha Beer Garden has specially-brewed Polo Ale craft beer and charcuterie.
