NORTH PALM BEACH — Golfer Dustin Johnson‘s busy year on the Palm Beach County real estate market came to a close last week with the sale of one of his two homes here.
And Johnson, a top PGA Tour driver, made about $500,000 in the deal.
County records show Johnson just sold 13831 Baycliff Drive in Frenchman’s Harbor, North Palm Beach, for $3.82 million a little more than a year after he bought it for $3.35 million.
With 4,500 square feet and four bedrooms, real estate sources said, the place was too small for Johnson, fiancee Paulina Gretzky, hockey great Wayne Gretzky‘s daughter, and the couple’s new baby.
Besides, in September, Johnson dropped $5 million on an Intracoastal mansion on Palmwood Road on Palm Beach Gardens‘ north side.
As for the Baycliff Drive crib, according to records, the buyer is Stuart radiologist Andrew Gallant.
