MIAMI BEACH — Rich Homie Quan, a 25-year-old up-and-coming rapper, allegedly punched a nightclub bouncer who didn’t go for his Don’t you know who I am? routine before taking off in a speed boat.
Cops in and around Miami Beach, where Monday’s incident occurred, are still looking for Quan and his entourage.
The Type of Way singer, who’s known to his momma as Dequantes Lamar, was trying to get into a back entrance of LIV nightclub at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach when he was stopped by bouncer Christian Cajigas.
Cajigas told Quan that the club was at maximum capacity and he couldn’t let anyone in through the back. So he told Quan to go back to the front door, where someone might be able to let him in.
Not good enough for Rich Homie Quan!
According to the police report, Rich Homie Quan then balled up his hands and yelled in an “aggressive” tone: “I’m Rich Homie Quan and I’m a rich millionaire. Bitch, I’m coming through these doors. I’m with Flo Rida!”
Of course, Flo was nowhere near LIV.
But Quan didn’t stop there: He allegedly punched Cajigas, twice, in the face, giving him a bloody lip and broken nose.
Cajigas radioed for back up while Rich Homie Quan fled toward the nearly dock, where he hopped in a speedboat called Renegade and took off.
Police are looking for a 25-year-old black man wearing a gold shirt, gold rings, gold bracelets, gold necklaces and gold tipped curly hair.
