SOUTHWEST RANCHES — The owners of a $6 million-mansion in Southwest Ranches are trying to get big screen superstar Dwayne Johnson to pay for damages that their crib sustained while Johnson was renting it.

It’s yet another Gossip Extra exclusive: Several sources are telling us that Johnson, 42, whose new movie San Andreas is set to be released May 29, just moved out of the sprawling ranch at 17801 SW 63rd Manor after renting the place for two years for $25,000 a month.

The actor lived on the property, which includes a 42-car garage and 28,000 square feet of living space, with his entourage while his new permanent home down the street was being finished.

But when he moved out in January, neighbors are telling me Johnson’s landlords found out that the house had not been properly maintained.

“There used to be this really nice fountain out front that shot water 15 feet up into the air,” said one local resident. “It disappeared.”

Gossip Extra obtained pictures of some of the damages, including two busted air conditioning units and a second fountain that vanished.

“Usually, when we rent out our places,” the local said, “the maintenance is left to the tenant. We only intervene if something breaks down.”

Records show the property’s landscaping alone originally cost $1.2 million. The house was also outfitted with $90,000 worth of security equipment, including face recognition cameras.

The source added The Rock had “bad-ass” parties on the property, which has as many as five full bars indoors and outdoors.

That could explain some of the booboos.

The damages also included: rotten Astroturf in the five-acre property’s batting cage; scraped up concrete paint under an overhead where The Rock’s black Ford pickup truck was usually parked; thousands of dead plants and flowers that likely were not watered; dozens of dead rare tropical fish in the salt water tank; and so many scratches on the wooden floors that they needed to be refinished throughout the two-story ranch house.

Total amount that The Rock may have to pony up: $80,000!

Another neighbor told us she saw that Johnson did have a professional cleaning service at the house when he moved out.

We reached out to Howard Altman, The Rock’s manager, but he has yet to reply to our attempts to obtain comments.

The house is owned by a land trust that’s owned by a hedge fund. We couldn’t reach a live human at the company. The land trust’s lawyer, who I’m told is negotiating with Johnson in an attempt to avoid a lawsuit, declined comment.

The Rock, meanwhile, seemed to enjoy himself on the property. Here he is last summer trying to get one of the wild turtles that stepped on the driveway to move:
