MIAMI BEACH – Though it’s only been open two months, and Cibo Wine Bar South Beach is pulling in an enviable celebrity clientele.
Renown actor of Batman-fame Sir Michael Caine; street artist Mr. Brainwash, aka Thierry Guetta, Miami Heat President Pat Riley and the Shark Tank moguls Daymond John and Kevin O’Leary have all been spotted at the bar.
What’s the draw?
Could be the rooftop bar, the restaurant’s 12,000 swank square feet of space or its 3,000-bottle wine cellar.
And it can’t hurt that restaurant owner and President and CEO of Liberty Entertainment Group Nick Di Donato has 10 properties in Toronto and four others in Miami.
And, he works closely with the Toronto International Film Festival and hosts their star-studded parties at his restaurants.
And, the food looks amazing.
On our list to try? Chef Massimo Giannattasio’s polenta fries with gorgonzola dip; burrata; risotto with porcini mushrooms; costata alla griglia, a rib-eye steak with rapini paired with a bottle of Chianti Riserva Tenute Marchese Antinori 2010,
