JUPITER — NBA legend Michael Jordan and freshly retired New York Yankees slugger Derek Jeter spent New Year’s eve partying together at the clubhouse of the Bears Club in Jupiter alongside PGA golfers and other well-known club residents.
Of course, Gossip Extra‘s got the group photo!
With Jordan starting left: PGA golfer Luke Donald , a Brit who once was the world’s No. 1 player; Jeter; an unidentified bow-tied dude; U.S. golfer Keegan Bradley; Colombian golfer Camilo Villegas; and car racer Lawson Aschenbach.
When it comes to trophies and accolades, Jordan and Jeter alone can fill up the clubhouse with hardware.
Combined, they’ve played 34 seasons (Jordan: 14, Jeter: 20) and won 11 championships (Jordan: 6, Jeter: 5), 28 All Stars nods (14 each), 6 league MVP titles (Jordan: 5, Jeter: 1).
I’m told the duo had a good time at Great Gatsby-themed shindig but didn’t overdo it since Jordan’s new wife Yvette and Jeter’s current galpal, model Hannah Davis, were also at their table.
Jeter has been Jordan’s guest at the golf community founded by Jack Nicklaus for most of the week.
The former Chicago Bulls star sure has enough room: His house at 172 Bears Club Dr. features 25,000 square feet under AC, still puny compared to Jeter’s 32,000-square-foot number in Tampa.
