MIAMI — In yet another sign that The Real Housewives of Miami is getting shelved for good by cable TV’s Bravo, series hottie Joanna Krupa quietly listed her downtown Miami condo for sale — just eight months after she bought it!
It’s a Gossip Extra exclusive: The former supermodel, who’s married to Miami Beach nightclub owner Romain Zago, wants $1.97 million for her 42nd floor condo at the Four Seasons on Brickell Avenue.
If she sells it for that price, Krupa will make a tidy $600,000!
Public records show she bought the two-bedroom, two-bathroom crib in September for $1.34 million after obtaining a mortgage for $1.1 million.
Krupa’s unit offers an unobstructed, airplane-style view of the city, Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic, and is stuffed with goodies like stone tile and marble floors, silk grass-cloth wall coverings, floor-to-ceiling windows, electronically-activated blinds, a surround sound system, Murano glass cabinets, and much more!
Polish-born Krupa, 35, disappeared from the area as soon as RHOM ended in winter.
She has been in Los Angeles since, and is said to be trolling for a gig in another one of the Real Housewives franchise.
The listing agent has yet to return calls for comment.
