NORTH PALM BEACH — The  house that Tiger Woods‘ ex-wife Elin Nordegren is building on the beach is finally taking shape, and looks just months away from completion — and Gossip Extra‘s got the first photo!

The 21,000-square-foot mansion in the fancy gated North Palm Beach neighborhood of Seminole Landing will boast nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and it appears on the photo, a wood elevated observation platform.

It’s got a 1,100-square-foot master bedroom, 600-square-foot home theater, 1,200-square-foot gym and a 12-foot-deep pool.

During construction, mom-of-two Nordegren has been living in the house across the street that she bought last year.

Nordegren is believed to have made in excess of $100 million when she divorced Woods in late 2010 after claims made by dozens of women that they had affairs with Woods.

Nordegren bought the property in 2011 for $12.2 million and leveled the existing mansion. But the time the new one is done, she will have spent nearly $20 million on her new crib.

New life and a picture of Elin´s new home, so where is the picture of a new man in her life. Or mayby all is only rumour and Elin is still single. Best luck to her!

Why was she allowed to donate the house to goodwill? Did any one think of the termites that were infest in her on home going into the kitchen cabinets,so she donated free stuff to innocent people at thrift shops and infested a them with her bugs. OUCH. Palm beach county health care, …this should have never been allowed . I love the habitat for humanities, but they need to be more picky.

Again, that’s assuming nothing was in good enough shape to donate. Since she also (without fanfare or publicity) donated the appx. million dollar fee she was paid for her post split People interview, I’m guessing she wouldn’t want charity to be given anything that wasn’t safe or useable. Local news papers reported at the time she invited a local Habitat for Humanity store to come and take what they wanted…therefore it would’ve been up to HFH to decide what they wanted and not just be given items.

The original house was torn down due to bad bug infestation…that and being ocean side where damage from damp can be cheaper to replace then fix. Elin also gave the local Habitat for Humanity store a few weeks to come in a take what they wanted from the house to reuse.

Get all the facts before jumping to conclusions. The article conveniently left some out but then it wouldn’t get as much reaction then would it?
