BOCA RATON — What’s the price of another shot at a national political office for Adam Hasner?
He’s apparently willing to unload his Boca Raton house for next to nothing so that he can move 40 miles north and enter yet another Congressional campaign!
According to public records, Hasner has his two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse at the Greens at Boca Golf & Tennis Club on the market for $299,900.
Property records show he bought it in 2005 for $350,200!
Where’s he going?
Gossip Extra hears Hasner, a leading Republican in the State House for eight years who represented Broward and Palm Beach counties, wants to move to Palm Beach Gardens.
From there, he might run for Democratic U.S. Rep. Patrick Murphy‘s PBC/Treasure Coast seat.
Hasner, who lost a race for U.S. House against former West Palm Beach Mayor Lois Frankel in 2012, is following Allen West‘s path.
Tea Party darling West left his Broward home and rented a small crib in Palm Beach Gardens to run unsuccessfully for the seat that Murphy won.
Hasner hasn’t returned calls and emails asking for comment.
