flag-breaking-newsIt’s official: The King of All Media is set to become King of Palm Beach!

The deed for a North County Road house that SiriusXM radio host Howard Stern bought through a trust was signed yesterday, according to Palm Beach County records.

The deed does not indicate the identity of the new owner, who paid $52 million for the 19,000-square-foot beachfront digs.

(That’s $52 million CASH — there is no mortgage registered for that purchase!)

But several real estate sources confirmed earlier this week that Stern, 59, a judge on NBC’s America’s Got Talent, is the buyer.

It was yet another Gossip Extra exclusive: Back in March, Stern and his too-hot-for-him model wife Beth Ostrosky were scouring exclusive neighborhoods all over South Florida on their search for a beach house.

They looked in Jupiter, Jupiter Island and Palm Beach Gardens after swearing off Palm Beach as “too stuffy.”

By mid-April, however, Ostrosky returned to the area alone and was shown the house at 601 N. County Road, which was not officially on the market.

The deed (above) makes a mysterious trust, 601 North County Road Revocable Trust, the rightful new owner.

The only trustee listed is Ronald Kochman, a well-known West Palm Beach lawyer who often represents celebrities who try to keep real estate transactions on the down-low.

Kochman, who declined comment, represented NBA broadcaster Ahmad Rashad in his recent divorce from New York socialite Nancy Sale Johnson.

Stern, meanwhile, commented on his show last month about allegations that he wanted a Florida property to escape paying New York taxes — he denied the tax part — but strangely is remaining silent about his real estate purchase next door to billionaire Nelson Peltz, who once was one of Stern’s early FM radio sponsors.

The seller, New Hampshire textile mogul Martin Trust, is not commenting.
