A house owned by WSVN-Channel 7 star anchorwoman Belkys Nerey is about to be sold on the proverbial courthouse steps!
The waifish personality of the Fox affiliate has been struggling for more than two years with mortgage holder GMAC over a property she owns with a former life partner Yvette Rosado.
They owe $339,752.36, including the $262,270 left to pay on the mortgage, according to records.
Nerey, 46, and Rosado bought the property with right of survivorship in 1999, but Rosado allegedly stopped paying her share of the mortgage in 2007.
The two have since split.
Neither Nerey nor her attorney commented on the foreclosure.
