— Part-time South Florida resident Robin Gibb, singer and songwriter with the Bee Gees, is near death, if you believe the British press. Gibb, 62, a longtime Miami-area homeowner along with brother and fellow bandmember Barry Gibb, fell in a coma in a London hospital Friday while battling pneumonia. Robin Gibb, the singer of How Deep is Your Love and countless other hits, is also suffering from a rare form of liver cancer. He placed his Miami house on SW 78th Street  on the market last year when word of his cancer was first released. Maurice Gibb, Robin’s twin and the third Bee Gee, died in Miami Beach in 2003 from a rare intestinal illness. — Jose Wejebe, who was known to thousands of fishing afficionados and viewers of television fishing shows as The Spanish Fly, was eulogized yesterday afternoon at the IGFA Fishing Hall of Fame & Museum in Dania Beach. Wejebe, the host of the Spanish Fly show on the Outdoor Channel and earlier on ESPN 2, died April 6 when a small plane he was piloting crashed in the Everglades. He was just 54. “He had that quality, I don’t know what the word is for it, but he could make you feel that you were a big part of his life,” said Tommy Sanders, one of the show’s producers.
