The 20,000-square-foot, 5-beds, 9.5 baths country manor, overlooking the Intracoastal and the Clearwater Pass into the Gulf of Mexico, was built by the Hogans in 1996 with materials imported from Europe.

The mansion was first listed for $18 million in 2006 but the price was slashed down several times. It was $13.9 million in 2009 and, last month, it was re-listed for a mere $8.87 million.

The couple bought the property, in the town of Belleair, in 1992 for about $2 million and spent four years building up the place. It boasts several fireplaces, glass-enclosed spa and, of course, state-of-the-art gym.

The Hulk’s ex, meanwhile, left the marriage with $7.44 million, about 70 percent of the marital assets, and 40 percent of the shares of Hulk’s businesses. Hulk, the star of VH-1′s Hogan Knows Best kept $2.97 million.
