Actress Glenn Close (Fatal Attraction, Dangerous Liaisons) sold the townhouse she’s owned in Wellington since 2004, and left town.
According to real estate records, the movie star actually made a few bucks on the sale of the 2,000-square-foot, three-bed, three-bath crib at the Equestrian Club Estates. On the paperwork, she listed her address as 610 West End Avenue, New York City.
So Close sold the place to Texas equestrian Becky Gochman, for $540,000. She wanted $575,000.
Close, 64, whose disturbed character in the 1987 flick Fatal Attraction famously boiled Michael Douglas‘ pet rabbit, had become a fixture on Antique Row, the stretch of South Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach with world-class antique stores.
