Palm Beach Gardens Christian rapper and motivational speaker Tamara Lowe kicked off Palm Beach County‘s latest high-stakes divorce after filing against her husband of 24 years, fellow famed talker Peter Lowe!
Tamara Lowe, who claims to have been a drug dealer at age 12 before taking the straight and narrow, and Peter made a fortune co-hosting their Get Motivated business seminars, filling to the brim places like Miami’s American Airlines Arena and the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise.
The seminars usually feature major celebrities such as former N.Y. Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Super Bowl-winning quarterback Joe Montana, former First Lady Laura Bush, actor Bill Cosby, former U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powelland former Notre Dame football coach Lou Holtz.
The divorce filing describes the lifestyle enjoyed by the Lowes, who have two teenage children, as “lavish.” They once paid $23 million for a house on the beach in Manalapan that had belonged to National Enquirer founder Generoso Pope and his socialite wife Lois. The Lowes now live in separate houses in the fancy gated community of Frenchman’s Reserve in Palm Beach Gardens.

One legal eagle familiar with the case said the couple is desperately trying to keep their split under the radar.
“The lawyers are letting them negotiate the settlement,” the source said. “Their best interest is to make sure no nasty details leak out.”
In addition to the seminars Tamara Lowe, who’s also a best-selling self-help author, is a frequent guest on Christian television’s The 700 Club. She’s made a name for herself in Pat Robertson‘s religious circles for her free-style rhymes, rap-style delivery.
