The saga of embattled ex-Broward Judge Ana Gardiner just got juicier.
A year after she resigned her judgeship over her too-close-and-personal relationship with a prosecutor during a death penalty case, HerHonor is now with high-profile criminal attorney David Bogenschutz, Gossip Extra hears.
So happens Bogenschutz represented the comely Gardiner during the controversy that sparked her resignation!
Not only are the lovebirds living together in her Coral Ridge Isles home, but a courthouse source who asked to remain anonymous said Gardiner is sporting a blinding sparkler on her ring finger.
No comments from Gardiner or Bogenschutz, who has worked for baddies like corrupt ex-Broward Sheriff Ken Jenne and Jim Leyritz, the ex-New York Yankees slugger suspected in a DUI death. Records show Bogenschutz was quietly granted a divorce from former law partner Mary McCleary in October.
As part of the settlement, he deeded her their marital home in swanky Sea Ranch Lakes.
